Integration & Support

From the first question to the working setup.

Support begins with understanding your system. Review what to prepare, how we can work together and what is confirmed for each project.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

Start with an integration review.

01

Identify the equipment

Share platform, survey equipment and software models.

02

Define the connection

List outputs, interfaces, timing and installation constraints.

03

Review the configuration

Discuss product fit, available documentation and any adaptation.

04

Agree the next step

Confirm the scope, quotation and verification approach.

WORKING TOGETHER

Support that fits the project.

REMOTE

Video support & training

Remote integration support, video sessions and training can be coordinated. Language, time zone and on-site conditions are arranged with your team.

ON SITE

Project-based assistance

On-site technical support and training can be arranged. Customer travel expenses, engineering fees and service scope are confirmed separately.

DELIVERY

Plan your supply schedule

Allow a reference lead time of approximately 60 days. Configuration, order timing and transportation are addressed in the quotation.

DOCUMENTATION & AFTER-SALES

Bring the details
that help us help.

For an existing system, include the product model, device identifier, issue description and operating conditions.

Ask for installation and configuration information for your system. Only documents available for the selected configuration are included in the delivery scope.

Fault logs and detailed technical files should be exchanged through an agreed channel. Warranty and repair terms follow the formal commercial agreement.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Plan with fewer unknowns.

Which iPos MS model should I choose?

Start with the required position, roll, pitch and heading performance, your GNSS conditions, antenna layout and survey equipment. We can review MS11, MS12 and MS13 options against those requirements.

What is included in the system?

The system architecture includes a deck unit, an IMU and two GNSS antennas. Cables, software, receiver configuration and other options are confirmed in the project quotation.

Can you assess integration with my survey equipment?

Yes. Share the equipment and software models, required outputs, interfaces and timing requirements. Compatibility and any adaptation work are evaluated for the specific configuration.

What lead time should I plan for?

The reference lead time is approximately 60 days. The start date, configuration, shipping arrangements and delivery schedule are confirmed in the quotation or order.

Is installation or training support available?

Remote video assistance and training can be coordinated. On-site support can be arranged by project; travel expenses and any engineering service fees are agreed separately.
