Project inquiries

We use the name, email address, company and project details you provide to respond to your request, assess technical requirements and manage the related business conversation. Optional information can include country or region, product, application, quantities and project timing. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

The form prepares an email draft in your browser. Its contents are not submitted to a website inquiry database. You choose whether to send the email through your email app. The copy action writes the draft to your clipboard only when you request it. Your email provider and our business email service process the message when you send it.

Technical information and browser storage

Our hosting service may process technical request information such as IP address, requested URL and browser details for delivery, security and troubleshooting. We do not currently include advertising pixels or general-purpose visitor analytics on this site.

Session storage may retain the most recent page path and selected campaign labels during your browser session so the inquiry can include useful context. When direct submission is enabled, a submission identifier and time may also be stored to display the receipt page. Form contents and contact details are not stored in session storage.

Use, access and retention

Project information is used by the people handling your request and the service providers supporting that process. Records are retained for the business conversation and applicable record-keeping needs, and should be reviewed when no longer required. We do not sell inquiry details.

Your requests

You can contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of the information you have provided. We may need to verify the request and consider applicable record-keeping obligations.

Technical documents

Please avoid submitting sensitive files or confidential technical details in an initial inquiry. We can agree on a suitable exchange method once contact has been established.
